Refunds & Returns

Original Artwork

All Paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces. Because of their unique nature, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. 

To help resolve the issue quickly, include:
* Your order number
* Clear Photos of the artwork
* Photos of the packaging (including any visible damage)

Once Reviewed, I will work with you to offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund.

Lost Packages

If your packages are lost in transit, please reach out so I can assist in locating it. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, a replacement, store credit or refund will be arranged

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations may not be possible, especially if the artwork has already been prepared for shipment.

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

I make every effort to display colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. These differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
